CONDITIONS OF STAY
These Rules set out the conduct required of all guests using Kojima Bettei (hereinafter "the Facility").
Article 1 — Application
These Rules apply to all guests using the Facility.
Article 2 — Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited.
・Intentional or negligent damage, soiling, or theft of the facility, equipment, or furnishings
・Unauthorised entry or overnight stay by non-registered guests
・Loud noise or behaviour causing nuisance to neighbours
・Bringing animals onto the premises (assistance dogs excepted)
・Use of open flames or bringing in hazardous materials
・Any act in violation of applicable law
・Use by antisocial forces
Article 3 — Liability for Damages
Where a guest causes damage to the Facility or any third party, the guest shall be liable to compensate for such damage.
Article 4 — Valuables
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their own cash and valuables. The Facility cannot accept responsibility for theft or loss.
Article 5 — Lost Property
Lost property will be stored and handled appropriately in accordance with applicable law.
Article 6 — Car Park
The Facility cannot accept responsibility for accidents, theft, or other incidents occurring in the car park.
Article 7 — Safety Management
In the event of an emergency such as an earthquake or fire, please follow the instructions of Facility staff.
PRIVACY POLICY
Kojima Bettei (hereinafter "the Facility") recognises the protection of guests' personal information as a social responsibility, and handles all personal data in accordance with the following policy.
Article 1 — Collection of Personal Information
The Facility collects personal information from guests only to the extent necessary for accommodation reservations, enquiries, payment processing, and related purposes.
Article 2 — Purpose of Use
Personal information collected will be used solely for the following purposes:
・Managing and communicating about accommodation reservations
・Providing services and after-care
・Responding to enquiries
・Compliance with applicable legal obligations
Article 3 — Disclosure to Third Parties
Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except in the following circumstances:
・With the guest's consent
・Where required by law
・Where necessary for payment processing
Article 4 — Security Management
The Facility implements appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or unauthorised access of personal information.
Article 5 — Access, Correction & Deletion
Upon request from the individual concerned, the Facility will respond promptly and within a reasonable scope to requests for access, correction, or deletion of personal data.

Pricing
Prices for each accommodation plan are as displayed on the reservation page (tax inclusive).
Payment Method
Credit card (via Stripe)
Payment Timing
Payment is charged at the time the reservation is confirmed.
Reservation confirmed: a reservation is considered finalised when the Facility has accepted the booking and payment has been completed.
Service Delivery
Accommodation services will be provided from the check-in date specified in the reservation.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy published on this website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
7–4 days before the stay: 30% of the total rate
3 days before to the day prior: 50% of the total rate
Day of arrival / no-show without notice: 100% of the total rate
However, where the Facility determines that a stay is not feasible due to unavoidable circumstances
— such as severe weather (heavy snow, typhoons, etc.) or transport service suspension
— no cancellation fee will apply and any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
※ Where a cancellation fee applies, no refund will be issued.
※ Where a refund is due, it will be processed via credit card (Stripe).
※ Please allow a few days after refund processing for the amount to be reflected, depending on your card issuer's timeline.
※ For guests who paid by bank transfer, please provide your designated bank account details for the refund. Transfer fees are the guest's responsibility.
Please allow several days to approximately one week for the refund to be completed.
