What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM.
※If your booking plan specifies different times, those times take precedence. -
What is the latest check-in time?
The latest check-in time is 6:30 PM. Please contact us if you expect to arrive late.
※Please note that dinner cannot be served to guests arriving after 8:00 PM. -
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (via Stripe) and bank transfer.
※Bank transfers are available for corporate bookings only. Individual guests, please pay by credit card. -
Will I be charged a cancellation fee due to heavy rain or snow?
If cancellation is necessary due to road closures or similar circumstances,
a full refund will be issued with no cancellation fee.

Is a shuttle service available?
Yes. We offer pick-up from Miyoshi Station (Geibi Line).
Please let us know in advance if you would like to use this service. -
Is there a car park?
Yes. There is space for up to 10 vehicles on the premises.

Do I need winter tyres or chains?
Yes. Snow is expected from December through March.
Please equip your vehicle with studless winter tyres or tyre chains.

Are indoor robes/yukata provided?
Yes. Two styles of indoor wear are available in unisex sizing from M to LL.

Are air purifiers available?
Yes. Each room is equipped with an air purifier for your use.

Are humidifiers available?
The bedrooms are fitted with air purifiers that include a humidifier function.
Please feel free to use them.
Bath

What are the bathing hours?
The baths are available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and again from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Are towels provided?
Yes. Two sizes of towels are provided.
Meals

What are the meal times?
Dinner is served between 5:45 PM and 7:30 PM.
breakfast between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. -
What about meals for multi-night stays?
A different menu will be prepared for each night of your stay.
Facilities

Is there a laundry facility?
A washing machine is available in the changing room.
Detergent is also provided — just ask if you need it. -
Are complimentary snacks or drinks available?
Yes. Alcoholic drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages are provided, along with instant ramen and snacks.

Can I bring young children?
Absolutely — you're very welcome. Baby chairs and high/low chairs are available.
Please let us know in advance. Children of pre-school age stay free of charge. -
What entertainment is available indoors?
We have a range of activities for everyone to enjoy: card games, a fully automatic mahjong table,
go and shogi (Japanese chess), and a Nintendo Switch 2. Perfect for a relaxed evening with family or friends.
